Primary care that has time for you.

MyClinic is a membership-based direct primary care practice in Everett, Washington, for adults and kids. One monthly membership, with transparent pricing, gives you as many visits as you medically need, with more time at each one, same or next day appointments in most cases, and a clinician who knows you.

No insurance? No problem. We don't bill insurance, so there are no copays or per-visit charges, and the membership works the same for everyone.

We're opening in January 2027. Join the waitlist and we'll let you know as soon as enrollment opens.

Traditional care vs. direct primary care (DPC)

Direct primary care is cash-pay primary care: it skips insurance billing for everyday care. You pay a predictable monthly membership instead of copays and claims, and that frees up time for you.

At a traditional clinic At MyClinic
Getting an appointment Often weeks away Same or next day, in most cases
Time with your clinician Short visits, much of them spent typing Visits of 30 to 60 minutes, focused on you
Reaching your clinician Through office staff or a patient portal Direct messaging and phone access to Miya
Who you see Whoever is available that day Miya, who knows your history
What you pay Copays, deductibles and surprise bills One monthly membership, with no charge for visits

Direct primary care isn't insurance, and it doesn't replace emergency services. We encourage you to keep your insurance for emergencies, hospital stays and specialist care.

Dr. Yi works best with patients who value clear communication and a long-term relationship with their clinician. Outside the clinic, you'll find her walking, hiking, kayaking or playing pickleball.

FAQ

Do I need insurance to join?

No. Direct primary care runs on a monthly membership, not insurance billing. If you have insurance, we encourage you to keep it for emergency room visits, hospital stays, specialist care and anything else outside our scope.

I have insurance. Why would I need a membership too?

They do different jobs. Insurance covers the big, unpredictable things, like ER visits, surgery and hospital stays. Your membership covers everyday care: same or next day appointments, longer visits, direct access to Miya, and no visit fees or claims for routine and chronic care. Many members use both.

Can I have my visits in Korean or Spanish?

Yes. Miya speaks English, Korean and Spanish, so your visits can be in whichever language you're most comfortable with.

Do I need to live in Everett?

No. Our practice is in Everett, and we welcome individuals and families from nearby communities too, including Mill Creek, Mukilteo, Lake Stevens, Marysville and the rest of Snohomish County.

Can I use my HSA for the membership fee?

We accept HSA cards. Whether your HSA can be used for your membership depends on your plan and your situation, so please check with your HSA provider or tax advisor. Starting in 2026, federal law generally allows HSA funds to be used for direct primary care memberships of up to $150 a month for one person or $300 a month for a family. Memberships above those amounts may affect your HSA eligibility.

Can I cancel anytime?

You may cancel anytime with written notice.

Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?

No. We don't bill any insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid, and we can't currently accept patients enrolled in Medicare.

Do you provide vaccines?

Do you have an in-house lab?

We offer in-office testing, including pregnancy tests, urinalysis, A1C and rapid strep tests.
