This policy explains what information MyClinic collects through this website, how we use it and the choices you have.

Who we are
MyClinic is a direct primary care practice in Everett, Washington. This policy covers myclinicdpc.com, including the waitlist and contact forms. If you have questions, email us at admin@myclinicdpc.com or call or text 401-217-9399.
This policy is about the website. Once you become a patient, your medical information is protected under a separate notice that we'll give you when you enroll.
Please don't send health information through the website
Our website forms aren't meant for medical questions or health details. Please don't include symptoms, conditions, medications or other health information in a form or message. We'll talk about your health privately once you're a patient. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
Information we collect
When you join the waitlist
Your first and last name, email address, ZIP code, how many adults and children would be joining, and your confirmation that no one joining is enrolled in Medicare. You can also choose to share your phone number and how you heard about us.
When you send us a message
Your name, email address, your message and, if you choose, your phone number and whether you agree to receive text messages.
When you visit the website
We count page views to understand how people find the site. For each visit we record the page, the date and time, the website that linked you to us, any campaign tags in the link (for example, from our Instagram page) and your screen width. We don't use cookies or advertising trackers, and we don't record your IP address or create a profile of you.
How we use your information
- To let you know when enrollment opens and help you enroll.
- To answer your questions and messages.
- To plan the practice, for example by understanding which areas our waitlist comes from.
- To send text messages, only if you've agreed to receive them.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages, we'll text you about your inquiry, your care and your membership. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
We don't sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We only share them with the service providers that help us send messages, and only for that purpose. Agreeing to receive texts isn't required to become a member.
Who helps us run the website
We use a few trusted services to run the website. They process information only to provide their service to us:
- Google hosts the website, stores waitlist signups and page-view counts in Google Sheets, and provides the website's fonts. Like any web host, Google's servers receive basic technical information, such as your IP address, when your browser loads the site.
- Web3Forms delivers messages from our contact form to our email.
Our website links to our Instagram and Facebook pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep information
We keep waitlist and contact information for as long as we need it to reach you about enrollment or answer your questions, and then delete it. Page-view counts are kept as general statistics. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you've shared with us, or to take you off the waitlist. Email admin@myclinicdpc.com or call or text 401-217-9399, and we'll respond as soon as we can, and within the time the law requires. We won't treat you differently for making a request.

Children
This website is meant for adults. A parent or guardian may share their children's names and ages when signing up their family, but we don't knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.
Keeping information safe
We use reasonable steps to protect the information you share, such as secure (HTTPS) connections and limited access to our records. No website or email system is completely secure, which is one reason we ask you not to send health information through the site.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
