Consumer health data privacy policy
This policy explains how MyClinic handles consumer health data under Washington's My Health My Data Act (chapter 19.373 RCW).
Effective October 10, 2026
Consumer health data we collect and why
When you join our waitlist or send us a message, the information you share may show that you or your family are looking for health care from MyClinic. That makes it consumer health data under Washington law. We collect:
- Waitlist signups: your name, email address, phone number (if you share it), ZIP code, how many adults and children would be joining, whether you agree to receive text messages, and your confirmation that no one joining is enrolled in Medicare. We use this to let you know when enrollment opens, help you enroll, check that we can accept you as a member, and plan the practice.
- Contact messages: your name, email address, phone number (if you share it), your message and whether you agree to receive text messages. We use this to answer your message.
We only use this information for the purposes above. We ask you not to share symptoms, conditions or other health details through the website. We don't collect precise location information.
Where the data comes from
We collect it directly from you, through the forms on this website.
Sharing
We don't share or sell consumer health data with any third parties or affiliates.
Two service providers process the data only on our behalf, to run our forms: Google stores waitlist signups, and Web3Forms delivers contact messages to our email.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Confirm whether we collect or share your consumer health data, and see the data we have about you, including a list of any third parties and affiliates we've shared it with.
- Withdraw your consent to our collection and sharing of your consumer health data.
- Have your consumer health data deleted.
